Terrible customer service + never refunded me for missing merchandise

Placed an order that never got delivered to my address. I have doorbell camera video footage to prove that no delivery was made. Contacted revolve - they refused to help, and instead told me to contact my bank to file a dispute. Found out in speaking to my bank that Revolve gave them false data about the dispute.

White House Black Market and Boston…

White House Black Market and Boston Proper I am a size 0. Banana Republic I am a 2 and most other designers I am a size 2. I could not get a size small dress over my shoulders or over my hips with the zipper down. The material quality was poor for the price. Very disappointed.

Avoid!

They do not use a signed for delivery service or even a delivery service which takes photos so I have no way of finding the parcel. Not good enough for expensive items, I would have expected a much more carefully chosen courier service when buying inexpensive clothes.
I would recommend avoiding this company and buying from a more professional set up who use an appropriate courier.

Cheugy clothes and fake influencers

Their clothes are very cheugy and they desperately rely on “influencers” who buy all of their followers like this uggo girl Emma Leger! Anytime I’ve ordered from Revolve I’ve been super disappointed with the quality that you get for the price and the customer service is the absolute worst, they literally act like they’re doing you a favor 🥴 save your money and stress and shop elsewhere :)

revolve sent me revolting smelling…

revolve sent me revolting smelling package that smelled like vomit. someone sprayed vomit spray inside the package. WHY?
the products were bad smelling too. herbivore spray that smelled like a wave waft of ?? heat and ouai mist. and a kosas foundation that came squeezed.

Hideously disappointed by extremely poor customer service

First and last time using this business. I ordered size small dress for wedding but it was too small. So I request replace order to size M. When they received my return package, they somewhat issue me refund and didn’t send me replacement.

8/19, I reached out to customer service, they didn’t see exchange hold under my account, which is clearly BS. Because I could see “Pending exchange” on my order history page, and I insist this must be a mistake.
They gave me a promo code for inconvenience so I could order size M as a new order. Guess what, the code didn’t work..

Untrained customer rep gave me a code that I won’t be able to use on the dress I ordered and they “can’t” give me a code because the brand of dress is excluded from promo code use. Awesome.

Another lady called me and gave me discount and also free UPS next day air shipping so I’ll get my dress by Monday 8/22.

I message to customer service and they informed me that my order will be delivered by noon on Wednesday 8/24.
After all mishandling and unprofessional increments gave me enough. They say what you want to hear but do nothing. Literally stressed me out and keep poking my nerves each time I talked to them.

They have beautiful collections but the business was handling full of unprofessional employees.

Yes, they gave me refund and 20% discount code for future but you know what, I won’t ever use their service ever again.
Stay away people, they waste my time and nerves and you can be next

First and last time I order from here

I'm a new customer to revolve. I was really excited as the dresses looked great quality and excellent style in the pictures.


My first order arrived today. I'm sorry but I was terribly disappointed ☹️.


The shirt and snakeskin skirt was terrible sizing. The shirt was far too big and the skirt far too small.

The black and white dress was such cheap fabric, stitching and finishing.

The green dress was better quality but... And this is the most shocking part ... It had been worn and the arm pits stank of body odour! I couldn't believe it.


All of the items were stuffed into cheap plastic bags and then directly into a too-small FedEx box. This is crazy! My order was over £1200 pound, with each item around £300. To receive the shoddy quality of items was shocking enough, but to receive them in this packaging was downright scandalous.

I am now a first time and last time customer of revolve. The site's pricing and imagery leads you to believe that the clothing is high quality, but it is no better than something you could buy on boohoo or quiz. Definitely lower quality than purchasing from the likes of Zara/coast/Karen Millen.


I'm not one to send such a negative review, but it really was terrible. I only opened the items 3 hours ago and they're already packed back in ready to send back.

People need to know that the items are not up to the quality depicted in the images and cost.

Their customer service is excellent 👌

Very easy to shop on their website, great clothing and brands and the customer service is outstanding 🤩
Price match with other websites is a great service 👍 We don’t have this kind of service in France and the customer service on Revolve is way better!

I have been shopping here for years

I have been shopping here for years. I stopped for about a year due to the many reoccurring shipping issues that transpired. I returned again recently in hopes that things were back to the way they were before and I am just in disbelief to see the significant decline in customer service competency. It is absolutely mind blowing. Each time I play a next day order and pay $50.00, for Saturday delivery, they almost never get it out of their warehouse. I try to be proactive about it and spend time calling customer service, and somehow they still leave my orders behind. The reps are just basically trained to read a script and even their supervisors are as lost as they are. Poorly trained and not given access to be able to truly assist the customer with shipping inquiries. On various occasions they also send a back in stock email and within minutes, the items are sold out. I find this company to be one of the worst online retailers as it relates to customer care.
